Wheels!

I have a 2002 WJ with a 16" wheel, will a 15" wheel clear the calipers on my jeep?

I have 15" eccos from my XJ on my jeep with adapters. They clear the calipers by about 1/4"

Not 15 inch aluminum wheels. A lot of the steel wheels will fit. 2002 was the year that Jeep changed from the Teves to the Akebono. I'm not sure if there is a difference size wise on the outside of the caliper but you might want to check.

I have Akebono's with 15 inch Cragar soft 8's and they fit fine.

Yes, Olese. Aluminum wheels but with adapters because the bolt pattern is different. And also with Akebonos.

Factory Ecco's and 1.5" spacers. Measurements are on the Cherokee section here I'm sure.

XJ factory wheels are usually 5.25" back spacing. Least my stock ones were on my Cherokee.

I am running American Racing AR25 15x8 with 3.75 in backspacing on my 04... they fit just fine with no spacers.

I just put 33x12.50 duratracs on and the back spacing is perfect!
