what is this metal plate for?

I got the front skid from a fellow jeeper. I know where the large skid goes. But i have no idea where the small one goes that is on the right. Any ideas and what size of bolts it uses. Thanks

To me it looks like it goes right underneath the radiator support. It supports the bottom of the bumper with push tabs, I think there is just 2 bolts

What he said ^. The tin metal one attaches to the bottom of the radiator hoop.
