The side cladding is vinyl right now but that's coming off and the side cladding and bumpers are all going to be hydro dipped to match the rims when the bank acct allows lol

Just finished my manifold studs. Couldn't believe it but it was mostly a smooth and painless process. I didn't even throw any tools across the garage or shout naughty words!

Took off my paint chipped and faded stock roof rails and rattle canned them with some spray bed liner. It Looks way better. I'm thinking about doing this to my mirrors, door handles and the black piece on the rear bumper.

dont remember off hand the size of the pins i can get it for you if you want but they are a pretty beefy but fit thur the holes without having to drill them bigger, as for the door stop arm im working on a nylon strap (kinda like whats used on the TJs) but with a dog leash type release on one end

phantom by cables do you mean the wires for the windows and door locks? if so then its easy there is a "harness" that just clips together under the rubber, i just broke the clip to make it faster to take apart and just used the red sliding lock thingy plus its pretty snug once its together so its not coming apart unless you pull on it

Bought it a 10# fire extinguisher. Also ordered a new evap hose and a/c fittings from the dealer. This should take care of my CEL, and my a/c leak.

So I can just pull 2 pins instead of taking off 6 bolts when I go wheelin plus half doors are in the works so I can switch between the full and half doors easier

that's the one thing my wife said at jeep beach. "i wish you could take your doors off." it would be nice to have just dom tube cross-bars, but i don't see it happening
