I love those lights, how hard was it putting them in there, and does the grill affect the light much?

I put some cheap Walmart lights there and the wires coming out of them melted. I guess they came loose and touched the radiator. Have you had any problems with that?

when I did mine I pulled them forward them and ziptied them to the grill supports in the center to make sure they will not touch the radiator....

they are very close to it though, but no melting and I've had it this way for almost 2 yrs.

you can see how I brought the wires to the center here.

Hells yeah! I was wasting some time last night and saw someone on another forum do it and then the gears started turning. I went with desert camo to match my interior. Have fun!

the grille doesn't effect the light at all for me and heres a pic of the mount i made from some pipe tube and scrap metal. i had to raise them up and back so they would fully shine through and could point them down rather than at the sky.

Attempted a brake fluid flush... Got one wheel in and realized the bleeders were probably all completely rust welded in there and whoever did it last, was not gentle to them... The rears were both pretty much rounded off. Didn't feel like dragging out the torch to heat it, so instead while I had the wheels off, soaked all the bolts in PB in hopes that when my shocks come (projected date: 12th of Never), the bolts will be a bit easier to get off. I plan on repeating the PB spray weekly and then using 50/50 Acetone and ATF the week prior to doing it.

Having been discouraged from the brake bleeder, decided to not succumb to total defeat and change the power steering fluid, clean the IAC and finally swap out my busted passenger side foglight housing.

4 1/2" lift IRO longarms installed. Such a nice ride, now the rear sounds clunky. That's next.

Changed the Power Steering fluid too. It was really brown and seemed kinda thick.
