So I'm still getting a whine/vibes mostly under accel from front drive shaft, noise almost disappears with shaft removed. I have also noticed that the yoke on the transfer case side has a tough spot in it when I turn by hand ( transfer case in neutral).

Is that normal?
Could I have a bearing trying to go bad? Bent output shaft mabe?

I have checked and rechecked pining angle, and the fact I still have noise with the shaft out makes me think its something else. Pretty sure the noise is coming from transfer case side, has good fluid and have had this noise for awhile now, so far nothing has gave out or shown abnormal wear. Just getting vary tired of the load wine all the time and the worst is long trips on the freeway.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hit the JY up the other day and picked up a few odds and ends. Got a pair of a-pillar grab handles, a center console lower cubby w/heated seat switches and a light switch stalk w/fog lamp switch for 30 bucks.

Put the grab handles on and found out that they must have changed style at some point. The new ones were about an inch short on top. So I just cut an inch and a half off the old ones to fill the gap.
Swapped out the old light stalk and put a relay in the fog plug in the fuse block and worked as advertised.

Havnt put the cubby in yet.

I finished the R&R of my water pump. Just as I suspected, the propellor or paddle wheel was broken away from the shaft, which ment the water pump worked great except for the pumping part.
