make sure that jamb nut is tight as hell, its dam near impossible to get it to stay in place unless you torque the $4hit out of it. also, I would look into ordering the Hard KOR durometer bushings from Kevins. I am going to do so myself, hoping that it will keep my jks adj tb for knocking around so much!

Not true, there are plenty of people who have functional scoops and it doesn't cost them more than about $100...

we tack weld them after we get them set and tight.the nut to the bar.not the nut to the threads.

That damn nut on jks trackbar is a PITA to keep tight. I have to tighten mine about every week. That tack welding idea is pretty good never thought about that.

Mine used to come loose, but they haven't in a long time. I imagine it is partially because the threads have become somewhat gunked up over the years.

Hmm I've never had a problem with mine, but I tighten it with a really big wrench.

??? mine only came with one? I have emailed JKS and asked for another jambnut to tighten up against the other, but they haven't responded to me. I also have asked for new bushings, as I think the ones they supply are junk...again, no response. The bar itself is pure beef, don't get me wrong, its a good product, just with minor flaws.

+1 on tack welding it, that's a brilliant!

Already have homie, thanks! They are on the list along with moog tre's, a-arm spacer, front discos, rear links...

Let me ask you guys something while on the subject...I bought a new ball joint for the a-arm, and going to get the spacer, so I am out about $150 +/- should I just fork up some more $ and get the IRO replacement A-Arm? are they the only ones that make it?
