You should be able to pull the gauges out a few inches, at least enough to flip it down. That top tab/button is the only thing holding that harness in there so if you are able to push that in just keep wiggling on it and it'll come out eventually.

i attempted to buy new plugs for my overland. i gave them the part number listed on wjjeeps.com and no one could find the platinum plugs. they all offered copper. i was even told by one of the guys that the HO version of the 4.7 doesn't exist and platinum plugs weren't used until 06 in jeeps.
where should i buy them from?

I was under the impression that the copper ones were the best option for the HO?

Id do another set and sell the to ya but it would probably be around $300 depending on how much I had to pay for the limited cladding and what camo pattern you wanted

A strip of 3m extra strength double sided tape along the bottom of the new cladding and pop the tabs back in at the top and stick the bottom back to the body and your good to go.

sounds easy enough. did you buy all new cladding or did you take it off another jeep to get the limited cladding?

Got these today and installed them:
Huge difference, liftgate pops right up instead of having to pull it all the way up. And it stays up too
It's been annoying me for some time now so I just went to a local parts store and ordered the shocks. Paid 35 euro for the both.
Istall was super easy, just unbolted the lower mounts, changed the shocks, bolted them back in and I was done. A 15 minute job if you're doing it slow
A couple of extra pics:
Installed:
P.S.: sorry for the huge pics, forgot to resize them.

I did the ZJ washer bottle mod today, got the bottle from the local junkyard for 15 and change. Spent more on the 12-pack of easy street haha. Hammered drunk putting this thing back together and was easy as pie. Also got the mounts all set for my rear swing out carrier.

copper is best for the standard 4.7, the ho version uses platinums from the factory
