mycreativename pretty much explained it how I would have. The 5 bulbs that backlight are #103 and are pretty much impossible to find unless you go to the dealer. they're about $3 each.
I can't seem to get the harness off.. I'm pushing that little button in to release it but my hands are too big to get back there.

My Philips HIR 9012 bulbs got delivered last night so of course I had to install them! It involved a little trimming and filing to a tab on the bulbs and a little fiddling to get them installed but it was well worth the little bit of effort.

Here's a comparison picture. My original low beam is on the passenger side and the new HIR bulb is on the driver side. As you can see, its quite a bit brighter than a standard 9006 bulb.

After getting the limited cladding wrapped wednesday I finally had a chance to mount it all up today, turned out good. It will look ALOT better when my 4.5" lift gets here and the 33s go on it!

That looks very cool... Need to find extra bumpers to continue the look. I think this would look sweet on a white WJ, greater contrast.

The camo would look sweet on white. The stock bumpers would be a bear to wrap so im waiting til I get "real" bumpers then wrapping them. Been kicking around the idea of having a set of soft 8s or similar rims camo dipped, I think it would look good just not sure how it would hold up to the heat

Thanks, removing the cladding and reinstalling is cake. A razor knife down the bottom to cut the double sided tape the reach up from the bottom and gently pop the tabs out. I picked up a "safer scraper" from auto zone (basically a plastic razor blade and holder so it doesn't dig into he paint) to take the remainder of the double sided tape off. A strip of 3m extra strength double sided tape along the bottom of the new cladding and pop the tabs back in at the top and stick the bottom back to the body and your good to go.

Thanks. It was my first attempt at doing anything with vinyl. I watched the video on mossy oaks website and just took my time (took me about 6 hours just to wrap all the pieces). Thankfully they make quality vinyl that stretches good and you can pull back up if you make a mistake. A hair drier helps alot for stretching and shrinking the vinyl back up if you stretch a little too much.

I agree it would look better on white, black, green, or gold but I got a good deal on a blue WJ lol
