Changed my HID's to 4300k, did not really get to test them, but definitely better than my old 8000k!

Last Thursday:
- installed new a steering box bought on here.
- replaced right rear axle bearing set.

Friday:
Drove it to Snowshoe Mountain for some snowboarding this past weekend. Loaded down with spare, roof rack with two snowboards, tools, drinks/cooler/food, 3 ppl plus winter and regular clothing. Dropped my hwy mileage down to what I get normally in the city, lol, 17 mpg using GPS like always for calculations.

Snowshoe is a blast. It's totally worth getting terrible mileage going up the mountain.

I don't go for snow . I go up in the summer to downhill mountain bike. There's nothing like going 60 mph on a bicycle and not having to wait for the weather.

Oh yeah it is, especially when breaking in new equipment!
Went with a meetup.com come group of 38 ppl. (great group rates)
Arrived at Snowshoe with the wipers moving slush, winds about 35+. Three inches of snow added; snowed all day Saturday, but daaaamn those temps were chilly. Low 20's and high teens.

We now turn back to our regularly scheduled channel...

Ice storm on the way here!
Changed the oil- Jiffy had a motorcycle sized filter on it and only 5 qts of oil! Previous owner used them all the time. 6qts of good stuff and a proper filter now.
Also pulled front seats, swapped cushions, welded driver's seat back, glued up the split/broken down foam, reinforced it and reassembled. Result, better seating for driver and passenger!
