Well thats nice, but you can still see the turning signal , when you use it ??
I wish you lived out west here , you could go out and pit with me for the Mint 400 . Our Jeepspeed brothers could use a hand and you could show off your awesome WJ of yours .

It's a Jeep, it's not supposed to work right all the time.

I removed the "CAI" off my 4.7L . I got a check engine light today and after scanning it , stated that the IAT was high. I figured that the metal on the intake tube was getting really hot and causing the issue so I put the stock air box back on. No problems now, just wasted money...

BTW anyone know how to get the strange bolts on the air box tighted back down. they seem to just spin. Ive never seen bolts like that before. everything else is tightened down, just not happy with the air box, but it doesn't really move.

Never seen a CEL for High IAT before and I have seen 150* IATs data logging some vehicles with short ram intakes. Strange stuff.

Tranny fluid and filter(s) changed. Flushed the coolant and swapped thermostats. Flipped the johnny joint on my Rusty's rear A-arm so the grease nipple was accessible (DOH!).

Slowly gettin' there. Still gotta swap transfer cases whenever I can find a decent price on a WJ 242. Sounds like swapping in the KJ one I have will be too much trouble.

changed the upper radiator hose and put different clamps on.

also after looking further into the ultra guage i found that it doesnt really help all that much, i mean it does help but lack what i was looking for. so i ordered a A pillar 3 pod guage cluster along with some auto meter guages to fill it.

Changed oil and filter, did the TC fluid, probably waited a little to long. Didn't smell burnt but was way off color.

Got my car back from getting the radiator replaced ($450 later). The mechanic looked glad to see it gone - hat's off to anyone who's done this themselves. It drives like it did before- temp just below the middle. Ready to install the wheel spacers, solid axle cover, and replace the diff / xfer case fluids tomorrow. Then change the oil and I'll be ready to go offroad and beat on it til something breaks.
