What was wrong with your custom a-arm.? It looks functional.

From what I have been reading the 02-04 is a direct swap and should have zero issues. The mileage on the other hand will be different, I.e. it will retain from the wj it came out of. I can get the mileage changed with a DBR III tool apparently. But I will write down the mileage to keep track. Some have said that it transfers, and some don't.

The plastic fan cowling needed to trimed on both bottom sides like 1 inch
or should I say notched . the bottom right side for the inlet radiator hose
the bottom left side for the drain , and then thetop left side for the outlet
This radiator is only made for the I6 motors 99-04 WJs 4.0s . but I dont -
thank they make this radiator, for the mass public yet .

I wonder if they will have some ready to sell at the KOH 202 event...? It would be nice to save on shipping and to take home with you after dishing out the cash, i hate waiting for delivery...it is torture sometimes.

Dont try to stuff the rear tires right now. You need to cut the rear so you can have more room for those 33s.

not cutting the rear because these tires are just temps untill i get my new lift
if i wanted to flex out the rear all i would have to do is take off my 1.5inch wheel spacers and they would tuck in just fine
