Researched how to replace the rear crankshaft seal. I guess I'm lucky I only need to drop the starter (2001 4.0L). Also need to replace the front seal as well as TC linkage o-ring...this Jeep is leaking everywhere!

Scared the bejesus out of a kid the decided to cut between me and another car and put on his brakes with no one in front of him. So he floored it in his VW Jetta diesel and I was pissed so I floored it and stayed on his *** and acted like a complete psycho ( which works really well scaring people) all the way up to 110 and followed him off of the exit until I turned the opposite direction. He refused to look at me when I was beside him
I hat dumb kids that think they are the ****. I hope he learned a lesson.
I know I did. the 4.0 will hit 110 and still has more left in it.

It was actually Sunday but wasn't able to post till today. In looking back, I let the moment get to me and caused a more dangerous situation but cant change it now.

Sold my JK wheels and tires for 300 buck which is what I paid for them in march last year, and put my stock wheels and tires on, man it looks funny at 4in with those on, but I forgot how much power larger tires take away, my new wheels should be on soon and ill be back to looking good and driving slow

When I had the 4.0 in my XJ I hit 112 according to the gps- pedal to the metal. From what I remember there is a limiter in there, so not sure if you can get much more than that 110. Maybe someone else for sure knows if there's a limiter on the US version. Or you can do a field test without the kid in front of you.

I try not to do that but when the moment hits I become stupid and speed to prove a point. The reason I sold my 08 SI was because I had a lot of stupid moments. 125mph and 10mph before limiter with more left is not good when you have a pregnant wife, gotta go slower and keep my cool.

To stay on topic: gonna try to instal my factory hitch this weekend.

The 4.7 is limited to 115. I'm sure the 4.0 is the same.
