Changed the Fuel Filter, and of course it was nasty. Changed all 8 spark plugs. Replaced both tail light housings, guy at the shop wanted to charge me $357 for the tail light housing replacement, total horse ****. Getting her inspected tommorrow.

Replaced u-joints on the front driveshaft today, no more grinding.
Did the dual zone blend door repair today, was actually pretty simple. Used a heat knife to cut behind the dash and put in the new doors, then used the knife to plastic weld the removed portion back to the HVAC assembly. Absolutely solid seal, looks good, no need to even layer sealing tape over it. It's nice to finally have functional A/C and heat! My 02 is a smooth ride now.

Are you ever in tallmadge? I'm pretty sure I saw you a few weeks ago on the circle. Any sort of modded wj is rare around here, especially doorless ones.

I have the fault codes 46 and 52, recirc motor not responding and door travel to large.... my air recirc works perfectly fine the motor opens and closes the door great! What the heck, my only complaint with my hvac is that it doesnt blow hard enough or equally through all the vents... i just checked my blower motor and its spinning counter clockwise which seems to be the right direction...
