Although, I wish I still had the 4" lift on here, since we are not going to sell it now... But I know the guy who has it now is enjoying it

Was bored tonight so on a whim decided to de-badge the WJ. Turned out to be pretty easy and I like the look a lot.

Will take a few pictures tomorrow since it is too dark right now.

discovered that my engine is leaking power steering and oil. the oil leak is up high because the belt is throwing it all over my engine bay. oh joy. i hope its just the valve cover gasket.

Bought the gallon size wd40 and then dumped that into a regular spray bottle and did it that way.... that'd be a ton of cans otherwise!

Your "deep rinse" comment got me thinking...has anyone ever had a full underbody coating put on there jeep and how much was it? I've heard that considering how long these engines last that it's not a bad idea to have it done? Plus I live on the MI/OH border so the road salt is the devil!

Everytime I offroad I clean the heck outta the bottom and wd40 the heck outta it. Keeps the rust away and such and makes it shinny. I have almost 100k miles with pretty much zero rust underneath. Been doing this to both jeeps.

Underbody coating would probably be a good idea in all that salt too!

I have undercoated My Jeep, since it got no rust at all i thought i was a good preventive move, here in Norway we drive in salt 6 months a year. I used a shop for this. Its recomended to repeat the process every third year. They cover the whole underside, wheel wells, inside doors, rocker panels or canals That's What We call it. They put it in everywhere the water have access an use a long spray stick inside every cavity of the vehicle, after they let it rinse out and dry. Still no rust.
