If there is damage to the housing (spun races, etc.), the VariLok carrier or the Ring and Pinion I will do just that, otherwise I'm a numbers matching kind of guy. To each their own.

I understand, nothing wrong with your desire for matching numbers. My comment was only a question. It's all good

Finally ordered the damn TPS. And it will take another week for the stealership to get it, because they don't have it on stock.
Anyway, I hope this will fix the high revs at startup. Will be cleaning out the IAC and throttle body while I'm at it.

Looks like its time for a bone yard trip, looked at my parts pdf and it looks like the O2 harness is all part of the engine harness so youll have to cut out what you need from the donor. Or.....if you prefer new you can get a new pigtail with about 12" of wire from Mopar if they sell it. If not, try getting it from a ford dealer. Since they all use the same 4 pin set up any dealer should have it or be able to order it.

http://www.fordtechservice.dealercon...torcatalog.pdf

Look under Page 15 at "4 pin cavity connectors". Im sure mopar has a similar guide, I just havent found it online yet.
