CRAZY!! I recently seen a grand on the side of the road with the same issue. Rear though. That musta been sketchy.

it definitely was not a fun trip! there was some awful grinding then i clunked to the ground and my wheel was taking off.
completely ruined the barrel, stud and hub holes of the wheel, but luckily I had a spare and get the wheels at wholesale.

after realizing i snapped the hub bearing bolts i paid a visit to the junk yard. WJs galore. got the bolts and a straight fender for $40. pretty good trip for me

Not today, but yesterday. Got underneath and checked my ABS sensor connection that I fixed the other day. Just wanted to give it a once over again. Also, cleaned the seats with some Meguiars(sp?) and cleaned/polished the headlights again. I had to really sand em hard about a year ago and now I do it every 6 months or so just to touch them up with the 1000, 3000, and polishing wheel so they stay in good condition.

New parking breaks going on with new hardware today. Hopefully this gets the entire braking system ready for tow duty in two weeks. Next project on the horizon? Turns out were driving to Denver to see my in-laws instead of footing a $2,200 plane tickets. Wife has given me the OK to equip the jeep as I see fit for the trip so I've already started some minor repairs and I'm getting a rotopax mount for my roof rack. Expedition Jeep project is now in full swing.

Fixed the door wires in my drivers door today for the 3rd time think I got it so it won't break this time, and got a bottle jack that's just tall enough to get the jeep off the ground I only need one price of woof to put under that jack much better then the getto mess I had before with the stock one over all great day!

It just needs to be 1 wire size bigger. It seems its really only the ground wire that gets pinched. I put in a bigger gauge wire the last time I did mine.

multiple wires are broken in mine. old coatings and the strands are too thick and not very flexible. needs more stands but smaller at the same time maybe.

My driver door ground and power wire have been repaired prior to me owning it, but the insulation is cracking again on it at the edge of the heatshrink they used. My power wire is split right in half at the edge of the old repair. I think it's a combination of the short wire, bending, and a poor quality wire with insulation that is prone to cracking and becoming brittle with age. It only appears to be the two 12g wires, the smaller wires still seem to be holding up well.

Anyone know how to get this connector apart? I pulled the red security tab out but can't seem to separate the plugs.
