Did the rear seat mod yesterday and I'm putting my basket on tonight. Got the Rola and siliconed up all the seams and around the screws to keep as much water out as possible.

Phantom, I talked to Andy on Tuesday and he has both of our arms built. He is just waiting on the joints from curry. He said that he is building yours to the exact specs of mine. Let's hope I measured right......

Took my 200,000+ mile WJ for an emissions test today... and it passed. Five minutes later, my blinkers stopped working.

Your blinkers still work..

Try this, turn on your blinkers....and watch them not work. Then, hit your "hazzard" button and whatch the lights blink....turn of the hazzards and your blinker will work...they just need a hazzard kick in the butt to get going again....I have been doing this for almost 2 years now...

I'm not having this issue, but do you know what causes that? Is it a flasher relay going bad?

Search JF, there are some threads on here regarding this issue.

I never looked into it as I had found a solution to my blinkers not blinking.

Yes, and the instructions to fix it are in the WJ FAQ. It's a $50 part, or 10 minutes of work with a $7 soldering iron.

I already started a thread on this problem-> http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f310/switch-1212981/
so I don't hijack this thread. But I did the $50 relay and still have no blinkers, so I ordered the turn signal switch which will be here Friday. I just went outside and tried the hazard switch trick someone just suggested, but still no blinkers.

I just realized that I am basically getting a whole new paint job for free because of the accident... I had the drivers side doors re-sprayed in march because it was keyed last summer, and now they are re-spraying the whole tailgate, rear fender on both sides, passenger door, hood, and obviously the passenger front fender... plus they are re-finishing my entire rear bumper and sanded out all the dings on the gas tank skid from my last trip to moab... the only two parts of my jeep that are going to be factory paint are the drivers side front fender and rear passenger door...! They have it all primed and may have sprayed her already since I stopped there at 1pm today... She's looking good! I should be getting her back on Friday! I'm sooo freaking stoked!
