Yes! 3 angle valve job, ALL new pressed and pinned valve guides (not just "as needed"), chamfered valves, oil passages opened up, coated piston skirts to keep heat down. All updated gaskets, comes with oil pan gasket and complete gasket set. Also, Factory Engine Exchange has the best warranty in the business. I did a TON of research before putting out the money. "factorypower" on ebay (officially known as "factory engine exchange") offers the best rebuild I found. Not the cheapest, not even close, but I don't want to do this job again for another 100k miles.

Ordered a blank key off ebay and it finally arrived. Went over to the stealership and had them cut the key and program two fobs. They did it all for $35.

OTOH, I totaled my fiance's car a few weeks ago and replaced it with an absolutely mint 2004 Volvo S60 2.5T. It only came with a valet key.

Can't ebay Volvo keys and fobs, unfortunately. One working key fob ended up being $292. I got a 20% discount as I'm a car dealer as well. Regular people price would have been $365!

Installed the Iron Rock TC/Cat skid plate today

Good instruction sheet, took about 1.5 hrs. with just myself, a jack and a couple cold beers. The 29/64 drill bit needed is a 7/16, for those not good in math
Line it up, check your clearances and drill away. You do need a bit of patience to line up the nut plates. I used a metal coat hanger to slide it down the rails, which worked fine.

Endlinks * KOR .75 Front Poly Spacer * Falken Rocky Mountain LT 265/75/16 ATS on stock Silverblades #1

Started swapping my stock springs for the UC springs tonight. That went without a hitch until I went to install the Bilsteins. No front lower mounting bolts included. Thanks Kolak....would've been nice to know ahead of time so I could've picked some up. Guess it'll wait till the morning to wrap it up now.

Honestly though, I think if you want brighter light, you need to ditch the dark covers.

Got some needed items taken care of the other evening.
Oil change
Rotate
Diff fluid
Spark plugs
4 hole injectors
Fuel filter

Saw upwards of 28 instant mpgs on my 01 4.7 while on the highway yesterday. I'm ok with that.

If it works, it works...do it for you.
