Scored some OEM Tow hooks off ebay on the cheap! Would have liked to buy the fawkes fab shackles instead but the lead time is too far out for me. I have a trip planned to a real offroad park for the first time in a few weeks and just found out that they require front and rear recovery points. My limited amount of wheeling experience has been on private farms without any really challenging obstacles so I've never really needed them. I'm thinking/hoping this will be good enough to get me through until i can buy or build a front winch bumper.

Ordered some shackles and receiver for a front bumper. Getting a front bumper and rock sliders custom built in a couple weeks. My rocker panels are trashed and having them cutout and replaced with sliders.

Guess I'll save the old units to experiment with either polishing/restore methods & products or retro-fitting with newer lights...

Yea I really need to get new headlights.

I asked him in his build thread. He said they were made by a German company and have been discontinued for some time.

I may look at building those, as long as there isn't clearance issues when turning.

Thx!
