Actually my good man... whoever striped the lot sucked... you can't see it but the line of the tree lawn starts right there. Possibly enough spot for a motorcycle?

Speaking of odometer readings.....Mine hit this today.

I also found a huge jug of rotella t5 10w30 for $39 at Walmart today. I'll run by and pick up a filter (Mobile1 is what I've been using) tomorrow as well as a can or two or Seafoam. Since I got the cracked resonator box replaced I really need to do a seafoam treatment to the engine and I saw that it's on sale at my local parts house.

I haven't run this oil in my WJ yet...I've been running 5w30 Penzoil high mileage since I bought it. I'm obviously at 131313 miles (or within 50 miles of that) now. What are the potential benefits of running a 10w30 as opposed to a 5w30 in Central Texas where we're getting ready for a 100+ degree summer? Sorry, I'm not too oil savy.....

I'd run 10w-30 in the summer because since its warm outside, it makes the oil thinner due to ambient temperature. 5w-30 would become too thin since its a thinner oil. If you have the HO you're supposed to run 10w-30 all the time. For the regular 4.7, 5w-30 in the winter and 10w-30 in the summer.

Today I replaced both tie rod ends on the drag link to get rid of a clunk in the front end. It's going to the shop in the morning to get an alignment. Also the manager at my local oreilys set me up with a commercial account since I've been in there so much lately.

Unpacked my oil (5w40 Fully synthetic), oil filter (wix) and flush (STP) that arrived today. Thats my job for when I get home then. On a diesel the oil gets a bit black after 12000 miles!
