Thanks man, i went with these;

http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00A86...ef=mp_s_a_1_10

They're quite a lot cheaper then the other brands and they seem well made and work perfect.
I bought from the same seller for my zj. They've been on for 6 months and I have no complaints. I've re-checked the torque 3 times since and all good.

OT: fitted my roof rack in preparation of an upcoming road trip. Picked up the Highland by Reese off Amazon. Normally $93, but Amazon warehouse deal for $61 :-) Looks similar to the Rola but less expensive. Seems like good quality so far. We'll see how it holds up.

I'm more of a eBay guy. Has anyone tried these? Appear to made of the same material. One of the sellers has over 22k transactions with 100% feedback.

Those should work fine. Appear to be aluminum with their own studs instead of the slip through style.

Speaking of Ebay I bought some generic heated seat pads that came with wiring switches etc for 55 shipped. Pitched everything but the pads and wired it into my factory now I have HEATED SEATS AGAIN!

Installed my headrest with dvd headrest players for my little monsters. did clr flush in system. Got more heat yay! Bad news is my 50" led light bar is too big. Have to get a long piece of steel from work to make it fit.

Battery sounds like it wasn't fully charged after that half hour of running. I'd throw it on a charger and let it sit for a couple of hours

Just ordered a pioneer AVH-P3400BH (double din). I've been studying up on this upcoming install for a bit now and have I few ideas that might make things easier. as long as things work out i hope to do a write up to give people some more options for a double din installation.

The only thing I can tell you is DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOMOTIVE SPECIALTIES. It is the worst product I have ever gotten for anything. It took over 15 weeks just to get it plus it broke when it went in. I need another one but haven't spent the money for a different one.
