FINALLY got off my butt and took advantage of the incredibly poorly timed network outage during the 2nd quarter of the Broncos-Patriots game (thanks TWC) and replaced my intermittently functional multi-purpose flasher controller, with kudos to this thread (http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f310/...orking-1263836) for pics and write-up.
Now the turn signals in my new head and tail lights will work correctly.

What year V8 did you pull it from? Mine is from a 94 and it worked perfectly. How do you know it is too short? Sent from AutoGuide.com App
I believe it was an 01. I pulled it before I even joined here so I didn't have a clue about measurements. I can't get both seated even at full extension. I also have a little bit of play in my transfercase yoke (from front to back) it seems like my other yoke has that extra bit of splines at the end and I can't get it to slide in any farther.
Nothing much, but this
Upgraded headlight bulbs to 4700k, still not white as CCFL's, confused, 5000k bulbs on order.
And did ashtray, courtesy under dash, and Glove box light, to complete my LED interior light upgrade.
Fuel door rubber thingys in its correct place, from GCJEEPING, THX again man

Well, I know with HID's, that 4300k are stock OEM which are similar to halogen in colour. 5000k are white. Anything over that, you lose light output. I've converted all my interior to LED except the passenger map light. Reason being, if a passenger wants to put the light on, it gives enough light without being too bright when driving at night. Driver maplight is LED so is there if I need it. I've also put in a row of 5050SMD's across the top back of the lift gate. The stock one, even with LED isn't bright enough to see well in the back.
The beatings will continue until attitudes improve!
I have the harness, just need a plug, but due to being sick over the last week and missing 3 days of work it will be a few weeks before I am able to get one. Thanks gcjeeping, I will keep that in mind if I get the money soon enough.
