Last week I finished the HVAC heater core/evaporator and blend door replacement. Changed the oil then returned it to my daughter at WVU in Morgantown, WV!

I was just told that my front set of Bilstein 5100's weren't going to ship until Feb. 4th. Oh well, it's not like I am going to be out in this cold, wet weather putting on a lift. It was ordered from eBay. They are not going to be getting good feedback from me.

Added a 8 relay bluetooth board to the WJ that is activated from my Galaxy SIII phone.

Here is a video I took. It starts of with me being about 20 yards from the jeep and at the end I'm about 80 yards from the jeep.

Fixed a friends WJ with a broken ground and orange/white wire in the drivers door boot, cleaned the throttle body, and changed her plugs and TPS. Her mom thinks I'm the greatest thing ever, but if you have done all of these common fixes a few times on your own jeep, it takes the learning curve away and makes it a breeze... Good to help a friend out.

Ordered all the bits i need for my new project.....swing out hitch mounted and easily removable spare wheel carrier with use in smaller spaces in mind (small swing arc). Ordered hinge bolt, catch, needle thrust bearings x3, 6 plastic end caps, steel tube (for re-enforcement), large drill bit that I didnt have!
Got all big metal from work for free (had one good piece myself) and most of the high tensile bolts....so not much money in it so far.
All I need to complete it will be a number plate mount (I will prob fab that as cant find anything good on market), a square two line number plate (current long one line one wont fit where I have planned) and number plate light....might have an old motorcycle one I can use though!
Starting on Weds night and of course will take photos along the way . Wont do thread until complete though!......

I added up knocking the nut off with an air chisel. I think the attachment point is going to need to be reinforced in the future. The metal is showing signs of wear and fatigue and I am sure the chisel didn't help. I'll have to find a local welder to beef it up a bit.

when i bought my jeep 3 years ago it didn't come with that piece. that's probably why the wiper doesn't work correctly.
