It was the idler pulley, however good old O'Reilly's parts were the right size but don't attach quite the same way :/. (I work there though so it was worth a try cause of my employee discount). Tomorrow I'll be going down to carquest to get the right one

Started on a lift on the Jeep, did the back, started on the front and broke the axle side track bar bolt off in the welded on nut. It is sitting there waiting for me... I am going to try to knock the nut off with a chisel and hammer, if that doesn't work then I will drill it out. Sadly there isn't enough access to cut the nut off.

Started to smell the brakes a little Friday night and the front right wheel was a little warm to the touch. Figured i had a stuck caliper slide. Rained all day yesterday so I got up this morning and went to work. Cleaned the caliper slides and lubed them up real good. So far, so good.

Went for a drive today. Exploring old trestles near my home.

And a trip to the dunes. I freaking love quadradrive. (Jeep has a 3 inch IRO lift and JK take-offs.)

EDIT: The dash is the 103s. The manual climate controls are the PC74s. Still looking on the auto. If anyone cares, these are the bulbs I'll be getting for the dash. These replace both the 74s and the 103s. http://www.superbrightleds.com/morei...edge-base/228/

Ahh, I think I see the misunderstanding. I believe you are talking about the auto climate control and we are talking about the manual. The PC74s* are what I'll be ordering soon. I thought I saw someone who replaced the auto CC leds as well though. I'll see if I can dig that up for you.

I had the same problem and I tried the drill and a chisel thing and I butchers the hell out of it. The nut is welded on the backside where you can't get to it. I ended up taking it to a local shop and they torched off the old nut and replaced the whole setup. Cost me like 75 bucks for that mistake.
