I ordered a Tera 2 low kit for my transfer case overhaul and disassembled the donor case for the chain drive sprockets. Also, the rebuild kit and new chain came in today so I may pull the case out of the Jeep this weekend and start the build. Just hope the 2 low kit gets here soon.

Serviced my differentials with Redline 80W140. No noise from the vari-locks so far so maybe it can get away without the friction modifier.

Since I tend to overdo it I also stripped down the covers and added fresh paint. I don't really understand why people have to gouge up the pumpkin when pulling the cover. We've all done it but why not take a file and smooth it out?

The rear was worse, maybe part of the reason it was leaking.

Also installed my new rear LCAs and tightened the rear shock mounts.

^^^You should be good to go with the Redline 80w-140. I did my vari-locks over the summer with that stuff and haven't had any problems yet(knocks on wood).

My rock rails are finished and ready to put back together. Do you have a part number for the Mopar bull bar? Sent from my iPad using my fingers

Nice, I'm going to have them sand blasted and I'm going to repaint them matching the body color, I just took them off for the winter, looks bare without them. On the bull bar, Ill have to look, I have the accessories catalog somewhere.
