I got a code coming up but don't know how to fix it. The code is p1595 I know it has to do with the cruise control but I don't even know where to start to attempt to fix it.

I LOVE MY JEEP MORE THAN MY GIRLFRIEND :p

Drive it to work. Smelt a burning electricalish smell. Think rear brakes or something with my amp, think my power wire is too small for the amount of power. On another note I'm 1-2 on the wave today, waved at a tj and got one back, waved at a charcoal WJ and he just stared, probably never got a wave before lol

This forum is a double edge blade, it's saved me thousands in repairs and cost me thousands in mods

If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got yourself an electrical problem!

Replaced dial illumination with 'white' led bulbs as a couple were out. Turns out they are blue!

I need to do the same. I'm without 4wd too. Where did you get yours from?

Went through the rear wiper refurbishing thread found here and found out why my rear wiper wasn't working at all:

Quick trip to the junkyard, a full refurbishing of my existing motor, and a new (to me) circuit board later... I have a working rear wiper again!

Went to the pick n pulls today. Didnt find too much. Pick up a set of wiper arms for someone. Then looked around the Durango's and found 5 with 242 D's on 97-99's. Took some pics and pulled the rear driveshaft off and found it had the 32 spline output shaft. Also the all of them had U-joint/double U-joint front drive shafts. Didnt have time to drop the TC to see the input shaft. But the lever and connector looked like a WJ's. Oh and also found my stash of WJ gas door stops. LOL

Got mine from ebay. Took it apart, blasted and painted it, replace ujoint and centering ball on it. Got a vibration now but ill deal with that when the snow is gone for good. Going to clean my old one up and sell it later on.
