I broke the same bolt when I was cleaning and greasing my sway bar bushings.

I tried to drill it out broken bolt which didn't work out well lol. I ended just making the hole a little larger getting a proper spec nut and bolt from home depot.

Good luck

^^^Sure will post pics, follow my build thread, and you will see

BOT,,,

-Checked air pressure, they where a little low, and uneven, got them all up to 34psi, thats what those Nokian's like, felt better cruis'n.

GUYS Wonder IF TB ever needs cleaning???
Check this out, at 175k km problebly never done before,,,

-Sympton: uneven and a tad high idle ~800rpm and small dips, engine have minor "shakes".
TB clean, -4C/25F outside so, no excuse,,,
Ran engine warm, disassemblied TB, took it back home inside on my bath floor
huge amount of Carbon buildt up at idle air control plunge, more Sticky Black gunk than i ever seen in a TB, on all the inside of throttle plate, IAC and vacum port.
I prefer to use some cotton stick to Get into all corners and tight spaces,
Mighty Throttle cleaner sure did great, highly recomendeble.

Replaced the worn out shocks with Bilsteins. The ride immediately reminds me of my buddy's brand new VW Jetta; firm, yet supple. Not to mention all the bolts came out with ease.

Too damned cold to do much today, so I went outside a little while ago and just started 'er up and made a quick run around the property. I had plans to rotate the tires, but screw that crap.....it ain't THAT cold but for Texas it's pretty cold and drizzly/rainy so the tire rotation will have to wait for a slightly warmer/drier day.

It was in the 20's (though, admittedly, 20+ not -20... lol) when I crawled underneath my TJ early this morning. The windchill is what was bad though. I didn't think temperatures in Texas ever got below like 60.

I would have killed for temps in the 20's this morning! The crazy North Dakota weather hit us pretty hard this week! I think the low in the state last night was -35 with windchill at like 45 below.

Yep. If by gauges, you mean the lights, I put a small, white LED flashlight behind each socket to see what the gauge light was, then changed them. PC74 wedge LED. Some of the gauge lamps were unreachable, but I don't remember which ones. I don't think the white back-lighting is replaceable, either. There are gauge overlays that you can buy on eBay to change the color of the gauges.
