Had fog coming out my vents on a cold morning. Looks like I get to undress her this weekend. Heater core and evap have been sitting on my bench all summer of course!

My heated seats also decided to sh@t the bed this morning..looks like I get to repair the broken wire for the third time!

Oh the joys of owning this Jeep.....

Night #2 with my HIR2 bulbs and I'm still not satisfied. I can't understand why the beam's scattering all over. My lenses are clean and clear too.

I ordered some Tiles just for that, but they won't ship until after the new year. They are like remote finders. You can use an iPad or iPhone to hone in on where they are.

The hardest part was getting the actual headlamp housing out and even snapped a tab. I learned my lesson after the first one and sprayed wd40 on the other tabs and greased them per WJJeeps.com recommendation for easier future removal.

Against the garage door the one on the left is the hir2 and right is oem. Kinda hard to see the difference in this pic though.
Here you can see the tab I had to modify
I have the hirs I like them alot. I didnt modify the tab, if you take the clear plastic thing off the back of the headlight, ( its the thing where you line up the tabs to put the bulb in) and put the bulb in and put the clear thing back on yoh dont have to even cut the tab to fit. Took 2 extra mins with a torx screwdriver.
Sorry my descriptions kinda bad lol.

Lol I followed u. Those torx get in the way of the base too. How's your beam on the ground? Does it look scattered at all? I'll try and capture it in a pic later.

Was standing on the back tire adjusting a new roof rack, when I felt the tire shift under me. Thought it was loose on the lugs, not good. (Its the Mrs' DD afterall!) Turns out worse, all the lugs were rock solid, yet I can shake the assembly what feels like 1/2in. Methinks the bearings are done. Not making any noise or driving weird though.

Ordered new end-links from Kolak. If this doesn't resolve the clunk in the rear, then may have to explore upper control arm and ball joint. -fingers crossed-

Can someone help. I bought after market headlights a while back. I was trying to install my bed xenon bulbs but theirs a price of plastic in the way behind the headlight housing and I can't push the headlight back in. Has anyone had this problem. Online it claims this is the right size bulb and everything maybe I have to just trim some plastic.
