Does anybody have ideas to convert an all time 4wd grand Cherokee v8 to a part time 4wd. I'm a self mechanic in training. It's a 94 lerado if it makes any difference

You will need to change your transfer case to the np242. Also, this is the wj section (GC '99-'04). You're looking for the zj section. There are many write ups over there that will help you with everything you need. Good luck!

DUDE, I really like the way that carbon fiber wrap looks......I am DEFINANTLY going to have to give that a go. Heck I like that even better than the brushed aluminum. I haven't been able to pull the trigger on the brushed aluminum yet, but after seeing your pics I am about to order this and see if I can make it look as good as yours.

That black carbon fiber on a black w/black leather and interior '04 limited I think will look really good IMO.

Great job, and thanks for the links

looked at the empty engine bay, and the broken engine sitting on the stand.. spun two rod bearings.. hopefully it didn't wreck the crank.. 4.7 HO parts are hard to come by..
