Got my wobble fixed yesterday. Tre's were trashed. Now to find a new driveshaft and figure out exactly what I want to do with the front end. I need a new grille and I want to remove the bumper cover for now and replace the headlights also.

Remember these exact words when your underbody and quarter panels start rotting out at the wheel wells like mine is!
Its a Euro spec CRD so its body shell is fully galvanised. Will take more than few months of not washing to rust that baby out! The local councils love the road salt around here in the winter as well....even though we get next to no snow!!!....and she's still very clean underneath. To be honest there are a few rust coloured stone chips above the drive shaft joints where stones get thrown up when off road. This is where the stones have chipped through the zinc coating.....but never seem to get any worse. Might paint the underneath in the spring to make sure she stays rust free.

Got this in the mail today. So once the body shop finishes the work on the quarter panel and rear bumper it'll be back to pre accident condition. Also picked up some reverse lights for the housing, and 6 quarts of oil a wix oil filter and some sea foam for I can clean the fuel system completely and do a oil change when I get the jeep back. Got 30% off because my buddy works at o'rileys

A commuter train slammed into a sport utility vehicle stuck on the tracks at a crossing Tuesday evening, killing 6 people, mostly on the train, and injuring at least a dozen others, authorities said.
The northbound Metro-North Railroad train struck a Jeep Cherokee at a crossing in Valhalla, about 20 miles north of New York City, railroad spokesman Aaron Donovan said. Killed were the SUV's driver and five people aboard the train, he said, making this crash the railroad's deadliest.

FYI that is a WJ.....

^^^From reports the owner of the jeep got out to survey the situation as the jeep was on the track and blocked by the two crossing gates. She got back in her jeep to move it (I'm assuming) and god knows what happened after that!

I have been regretting not replacing mine while I had the entire front end apart doing collision repair :(
Yeah that would have been a good time. Once the radiator is out it is pretty simple if you have a good puller. The front end it what took me the most time as I was trying to avoid draining the power steering and transmission lines. But it's easier if you do.
