Well got my tre's installed. Went for a test drive and the steering is definitely way outta wack now so i need to get aligned asap. Its so out of wack that when i turned hard over when backing up in either direction, the tires ended up pulling the back of the fog lights and shattered both bulbs inside the lamps. Greattt. Didn't do that before i switched out the tre's so it must be the off alignment that is causing that. (They did rub slighty before, but never touched the fog lamps)

Either that, or they do because they're now in the right spot. Definitely get an alignment.

True that, didn't think of it that way. I will be definitely getting an alignment tomorrow. Come to think about it the FR tire is rubbing very unevenly. Low on the outside half compared to the inside.

Finally replaced the Driver's side UCA axle bushing.

I used a ball joint press with these as adapters:

Old (less than a year):

New:

While replacing it, I wasnt aware that I was scuffing and put a dent on the oil pan from the wrenching of the press. Does this look bad????

Replaced all 8 rubber spring seats while installing trim spacers over the weekend. What a pain!

Put a bottle of Chevron Techron fuel system cleaner over the weekend and noticed today it seems to be a little more responsive and idles smoother.

Also debating on getting the Airaid MIT tube. Yay or nay?

Nothing much, just an oil change and some new wiper blades......Is it me or did the 99-00 WJ have a bigger rear wiper blade than the '04? At any rate, the parts house didn't have the rear wiper blade so I'll have to check elsewhere or rig one that works.

Changed the power steering fluid in my WJ.
The fluid coming out was dark brown and looked pretty dirty.
Used Redline as that seems to be the only stuff available in the UK.
Was surprised to see it was red and not golden.
Seems to have got rid of the noisy steering though.
