No it's actually a local shop. He is honest and does a good job. Fixes any defects or problems from the factory and had a good warranty too. So I'm not too worried about it. Just sucks that it happened.

I would advise against adjusting your new steering gear, especially if new.

Doing my cAlipers in a few hours 😄. Just got a question for who ever can answer do u think the red caliper paint will look alright on the stock calipers on a 2003 jeep grand cherokee? I'm gonna clean them up all nice and everything just don't know what the final product will look like if their older calipers

I installed a new intermediate steering shaft last night. It cleared up about 50% of the steering slop but it's still there and wanders on highways speeds. Contemplating to tighten the steering box even though its new....

If everything is tight, how is your alignment? That's the issue that's causing mine.

Received my throttle body back from porting. It's now 60mm straight through.

Nice..... but when I have had throttle bodies done in the past (not on a Jeep admittedly) they have always come back with a knife egde on the throttle blade and the screws that hold it to the bar smoothed right down.....looks like there is still a bit of room for improvement there......just my 2 pence worth and i'm sure it will still add some extra go!

I agree, that would have been better, but I'm not looking for every ounce of power. I just wanted the restriction below the plate removed, plus it only cost $60 for everything. This should complement the ported head and intake as well as the stage 1 cam and 4 hole injectors nicely.

I still can't figure out why jeep would choke them after the throttle plate.

Probably to try and get a venturi effect....in other words to accelarate the air.

We can look around, over here, but not sure how you can get it shipped. I DO know they sell a LOT of Grand Cherokees on eBay. Have you looked there?

Well I've had my WJ for a little over a year now and it's just starting to overheat. Happens when the ac is on. Is this a common problem with the dubs?
