On mine the lowers were the only ones tapered but i replaced the uppers, also. However, the stock uppers look about 1/4"-1/2" longer than 2". I didnt measure but the 2" worked. I may change them out down the road. Also don't fotget 4 12m washers.

For the top I have 12MM 1.75 70mm will this work? I think the bottom one are ok but I might change them. I will need to get washers to

Im sorry. You are correct. They are 70 mm. I was doing something at work with a two inch bolt and had that on my mind. 12m x 70 mm with 1.75 thread is what you want. Sorry for the confusion. Mine had 35 mm shoulder.

Finally got home from work and took her for a spin. She has been sitting for 12 weeks, connected the battery and she started up right away, filled 70 l (181 dollar)to the gas tank and give her a good wash.

The issue is, You cant legally change a steering wheel in a WJ. Without airbag it wont pass inspection.

That all depends on where you live! Like here in North Dakota there are no inspections and the cops rarely fight about modification laws! We have all kinds of fun

Got rear ended after hard break down, from 70mph to 0, cause of trafic jam infront of me in my lane,,,
I hardly stopped by a couple feet (thx Stillen).
Next i hear screaming tires, and BANG!
He hit me doing about 55mph,
It was a really hard impact.

RIP Norway Jeep

Um yeah...
I think that would be FEDERAL law.
I'm pretty sure emissions equip. and safety restraint equip is covered by fed.
