Finished installing my ZJ driveshaft in my WJ.. I replaced pretty much everything and a got a yoke from IRO (through Kolak). It all looks great and absolutely no vibes at all. I think I ended up spending about $200 on the whole thing so I think it turned out pretty well and cheaper than buying one new.

In other news.. The doodlebops that changed the transfer case fluid the last time pretty well stripped the top fill plug and when I went wrench on it completely stripped out. Spent several hours today finding out how to fix.. Ended up using an easy-out and had to drill through the plug to make it work. Hopefully didn't get too much metal in there. I kept on dousing it with oil and most appeared to come out with the bit.

Glad it is done though!

Jusr made bfakes maintenance, changed front rotors, pads, caliper pistons, rear pads and spresurfaced rotors.
It tokk almostg 6 hours work (in the shop), i had stand by the mechanic so he wont "distract" with other clients.
Had to have a few words with the shop manager to get more attention.

Now after, having done brakes, engine service, diff, gear... service, we are ready for Duna Grande, the biggest off road concentration in Peru........

We alrewady more than 100 trucks in a 3 day trip, to the highest dune in the world.......

Well not today but since I bought it back in june 2013 here is what I have done.

1. Must do replaced clockspring in steering column to fix lights coming on and cruise control issues, bought a dorman replacement part and worked great.

2. New shocks all around monore sensatracs nothing great but is a better ride for sure.

3. new stereo deck with mp3/usb ports and input for ipod. Had good pioneer speakers already so just needed new deck.

4. LED lights for interior such a cheap nice upgrade makes vehicle look much nicer and can find stuff inside now.

5. New front bumper old one was super faded and oxidized cost 80 bucks from amazon and makes truck look new.

6. new headlights to replace faded units.

7. windshield got shot with pellet gun so $100 new windshield looks nice thanks insurance. only claim in 20 years lol.

So thinks thats it just adding things as I find them really like the SUV thye just need a little more love then most trucks but overall its my best toy.

I have serious health problems so tasks take me awhile to complete but gives me something to look forward to or sometimes dread LOL.
Keeps my busy and is a nice ride 2000 wj laredo I6 135k.
