Plasti dipped the wheels today.
Before:

After:

The finished product minus wheel center caps. I had a mistake with one I tried to peel and had to respray it and pick up new blades for my exacto knife.

Tossed onto the interwebs via iPhone

Did you use spray can plasti dip?
If so, where did you get it?

It was spray can black. I bought it at Home Depot as they were cheaper than Ace Hardware and Lowes in my area at $4.59/can. I picked up 5 cans and used three, including my oops in a couple of spots that required touch up and a full repaint of one center cap.

Speaking of.....finished my center caps as well.

I got mine through my local jeep place. They've worked well with my retrofit. Have had them for over a year now.

Well, my front LCA's are in. Get picked up tomorrow. Can't wait to get them in and hopefully fix my front end wandering issue.

Froze the water pump bearings and disintegrated the belt this morning. Got raped by a local shop to the tune of $468 for the replacement.
Dremeled out the driver's side dash speaker mount so I could fit a 3 1/2" speaker in its place and Dremeled a notch in the top dash cap for my CB antenna cable while I was waiting for the tow.
Tomorrow it's mount the tweeters and CB, change plugs, change front/rear diff seals and fluid, change oil.

Yeah, I had only planned on getting the compressor, but when I saw the floor jack I couldn't resist! It took quite a bit of shoving and squishing to get it to fit in the trunk with all of our stuff!
