Had it back in the Oceano Dunes yesterday. That was a lot of fun, and I got two Jeep waves, one from a lifted ZJ and another from a lifted Rubicon Wrangler. That made my day especially since I don't get many Jeep waves in a stock WJ.

But here's where the interesting stuff begins, part way into my drive back from the beach I notice my jeep is running a little warmer than usual. The temp kept increasing until it got a hair over 210 and I stopped and let it cool down. When that was happening the blower motor was running, but I didn't have the AC on. I let it cool for about 45 minutes and then continued on my way home with the AC and blower motor completely off. It ran slightly warmer than usual, but never touched 210. When I got back in town I tried the AC again and the temp immediately went up to 210, so I turned it off to prevent it getting any hotter, with it off the temp went back down to a few hairs under 210 where it was running on my drive home. I'm just happy I made it back without it overheating. The coolant level looked to be between Full and Add when it was warm, so I'm gonna check that again today when its cold. I'll probably be making a thread too.

New Sensa Trac shocks all around. Then took apart the rear swaybar links and shimmed them to stop clunking..
Now I'm happy!!

Repaired park brake cable. $7.47 for a 3' length of 3/8" cold rolled steel rod, 1' of 1/8" galvanized cable, and 2 wire clamps. So, I think that is about half the cost of the cable and I have 35 3/4" of 3/8" rod left over.

^ Nice job. Gotta love the home repair. I need to do something like this with my 242 cable.

Whatever the reason, it's awesome. I wish I had thought of it. I hate being a copycat.

Installed the tow hitch fascia bezel that took +two weeks to be shipped...no template either...

There was some extra drilling required to line the holes up properly..

I don't remember off hand, but there wasn't an outline on the inside of the rear bumper cover? My wife's Durango had one, and I'm pretty sure the WK's do also.

Installed BB with Bilsteins tonight and 15x7 soft 8s with 31 10 r15, the front bumper definitely needs some light trimming, I will do that tomorrow after work, everything else seems to be okay. Also what tire pressure should I have in these tires, I am use to spots cars so not sure if the 30psi applies to Jeeps? I have them at 35 cold right now

Watched the passenger side window slide gracefully down just after my wife had put it up! Popped the door trim off for a quick look.... the usual cable retaining block failure. Will be repairing that later today.... over 100 for a new one here....and easy to make a good repair yourself with a drill and one screw.

lol not that I know of.

The skill in the paint job is actually pretty impressive, but I still want to slap anyone who did work on that car, let alone the owner. There's no excuse for that abomination and it probably cost a ton, too.
