Changed oil and add Fire stinguisher

I changed the oil and filter to my 2004 grand cherokee overland Mobil 5W/30 high mileage. Feel very nice after, eningine sounds way better after the change and very smooth sound!

Also added a fire stinguishe on the back of the car right next to the cargo storage area, use one of the hinges, replace it with the fire stinguiser holder and added the second screw on the bottom, nice fit and not in the way on anything else.

These pics remind me of the WJ I saw in the ATL..... Pepto bismol Pink with 24" rims, 4wd, made me real sick to my stomach. I almost lost it, but I was to tired from flying from Kodiak AK to ATL Georgia..

Had it back in the Oceano Dunes yesterday. That was a lot of fun, and I got two Jeep waves, one from a lifted ZJ and another from a lifted Rubicon Wrangler. That made my day especially since I don't get many Jeep waves in a stock WJ.

But here's where the interesting stuff begins, part way into my drive back from the beach I notice my jeep is running a little warmer than usual. The temp kept increasing until it got a hair over 210 and I stopped and let it cool down. When that was happening the blower motor was running, but I didn't have the AC on. I let it cool for about 45 minutes and then continued on my way home with the AC and blower motor completely off. It ran slightly warmer than usual, but never touched 210. When I got back in town I tried the AC again and the temp immediately went up to 210, so I turned it off to prevent it getting any hotter, with it off the temp went back down to a few hairs under 210 where it was running on my drive home. I'm just happy I made it back without it overheating. The coolant level looked to be between Full and Add when it was warm, so I'm gonna check that again today when its cold. I'll probably be making a thread too.
