It most likely is legal. I know that in the UK they can't have any sharp edges, but here in Merica' we don't need to worry about the pedestrians we hit.

Is it broken?

I dunno, both look good. Anyone owned both or have any suggestions?
I picked up a Jeep/Mopar rear cargo liner from the local classifieds (kinda like Craigslist) for $10. Been pretty happy with the coverage, plus it has removable covers for the cargo tie downs.

Now I need to figure out how I want to paint this thing. Any suggestions? I've been thinking about getting it powdercoated if I can have it done for a decent price.
