Removed the IRO t-case skid, and driveshafts in preparation for the Clayton long arms and 231hd install. The skid is for sale in the classifieds if anyone is looking for one.

I ended up with a Clayton Long Arm Crossmember for a WJ in a purchase so I need to sell it... You are the right guys for the job and it will go for cheap too. Brand new with light black spray paint on it never installed on a Jeep. PM me or there is a for sale thread or I'll check back here but long story short. I picked up a crossmember for my future WJ

Damn that looks good. I bought the plans too. Never built it yet. But my wife doesn't like it. She dont want to lose the brushguard. Thinking of getting the rear plans too.

I don't really like the look of their back bumper but if they design plans for a tire carrier back bumper then I'll get it. I emailed them about it and this is what he had to say

And you could always add a bull bar to the bumper kind of like an arb bumper has if that would help persuade your wife.

Not in my WJ but, I did see an awesome WJ in Ohio this morning!
I went to visit Miami University and passed through Middleton OH, and saw a lifted blue WJ with the Bushwacker Flares!

If its one of you guys, it's awesome!

Grabbed a hitch from the junk yard for 30 bucks. But the 7 way connector was broken along with the bracket. Gonna have to go back later and find a better one or just buy them online. Also need the hitch cover for a limited, donor was a laredo.

My Crown Automotive (OEM) front differential cover arrived today to replace the ARB cover I installed last week. I tried grinding the ARB down but there is no way I'll ever get the front suspension to clear that cover.

Unfortunately, the Crown cover looked like crap upon arrival. It was unpainted and had rough machining marks all over it. I sanded it down, primed it, and sprayed it with glossy black paint. It's drying now, and then I'll put on a coat of clear gloss paint to finish it off.

I'm pretty sure the Crown cover was used previously. The fill plug had a bunch of crap (thread sealant?) in the threads that I've been cleaning out slowly with a pocket knife. I'm not super enthused about the quality considering it cost $85.

You can grab one off a dodge truck too. They are the same plug.
