Scored a set of roof rails from a local pick and pull for twenty bucks. The donor was a Laredo that was the only wj in the yard. I was surprised I actually went to a junkyard for something and I found it. Anyways I sprayed them down with some truck bed linner and mounted them. Now I'm waiting for the roof basket and its another mod to scratch off the list.

This is actually why I haven't installed it yet. Too lazy to order the KOR bushings after reading how bad the ones were that came with the bar. Then I read kolaks post on how that was just because of a bad batch of bushings and the problem has been corrected for some time, so I guess I'll take a chance with what I have. TRE's are all fine, was the first thing I checked. Really not too worried about worn out parts yet as I only have around 50k on the jeep.

Side question, whats the best way to get the bump stops out?

Knock them out with a hammer to the side of the rubber.

Replaced the rear endlinks and sway bar bushings with Moog's. Feels tighter now.

Good as new with the new Header Panel
And... it's already broken!@#$%^&*(

don't buy the cheap ones, get OEM quality on these things. It felt brittle but dang, as soon as the hood was closed it busted!?!?!?! wow... I should have put it in sooner instead of sitting on it for 8+ months... oh well, back to the search I go...

Replaced my AC compressor and the drier so that I have a warranty on the new compressor. Going to charge the system tomorrow at work. Also going to return my junkyard compressor and get my money back.

To top off every thing else I had to repair my wires in the driver side door, my only question why did jeep put those wires that way. Looks like it was meant to brake lol but its fixed no worries :-)
