Replace all new brakes including pads, lines etc cause they were rubbing making a lound annoying noise when I was driving. I got rid of the noise and made it safer, only bad part is that it was 600 bucks.. But hey, I guess thats better than my brakes going out!

Flushed power steering system fluid. Previous owner put ATF in. This was causing some serious groaning from the steering when I turned the wheel. It too four bottles of Castrol GT power steering fluid to flush all that crap out using the method of siphoning and replacing the old fluid. Fortunately, I had purchased a case of 12 bottles just for this event. Now the system is nice and quiet.

Installed new trackbar yesterday. Today took it out and played a little nearby just for fun with the new lift.

1600 miles to zion

drove her 1600 miles to Zion, Brice and Escalante. Not a lot of true wheeling just some deep sand washes and dirt roads, (hole in the rock road). Jeep did awsome, was able to do some slot canyons which were incredible.

Don't do it! I had a uhaul and after two winters I could pull it off it rusted so bad. They salt the roads here in St. Louis for everything so that made it worse. I also think the "powdercoat" they put on is garbage.

I got a factory one after a little patience for $20 off of Craigslist and I am much happier with the quality and fitment over an aftermarket hitch.

Yestersay I replaced a window regulator, steering stabilizer, and a door check strap. I've had the stuff laying around and finally got a day to do it all. Replacing the cv boots next. Then the driver's seat.

2000 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7l, Quadra Trac II, hail damage, bad heater core, shot SS, dirty TB, rear passenger window regulator is out, and a broken seat bracket.

Need one by next Thursday, and in Idaho we don't use as much salt

Two new o2 sensors, addco rear sway bar, and a new rear wiper arm. I broke two of the bolts removing one of the bushings for the sway bar The good thing is that the WJ isn't running around like a gas hungry POS anymore due to the two new o2's. I went from 13.5 mpg to 16.5 mpg per the evic. I am thinking about swapping the fuel filter tomorrow since it looks like I am still on the stock one after 168k miles.

I also found a dime sized hole in one of the rocker panels. Are these
"projects" never ending?
