Funny, this is the first I have heard of people ditching the electric for a mechanical. The electric (IMHO) is better in almost every way.

Cleaned up my battery cables. Cured the weird dash flickering, ABS and BRAKE lights coming on and radio crackling in and out I was experiencing this afternoon on the way home from work.

Ahh looks like I found another WJ+XJ owner here. Nice! I need to do the headlight restoration to one of my lenses (yupp drivers side) so let me know how it goes. And yeah, one of the lenses is perfectly clear and the other is... well... hazy.

Replaced battery ( was running with small battery with reversed terminals long story) new battery weighs a ton .
Replaced neg cable terminal and cleaned up cabling.
Stuttering and power loss gone after battery replace. Im confuddled cause thought it was fuel filter meh.
Booked a guy to sort leaking pinion seal etc
Took household junk ie things you keep in garage then throw out three years later having never used, to the public dump. ( moving house is SUCH fun :/ )

Well, I installed a new amplifier for a sound system, things I had to install are:

Line Converter (speaker wire to RCA)
Distribution Block (I have an inverter also)
Remote on switch (for those songs that suck with alot of bass )
All applicable wiring

Will post pics later.
