Went trail ridding on some family property to test out the new SS, performed beautifully. Washed her up afterwards

Good looking Jeep man, I've always loved that color. Parked next to one with a BB and grille guard today at Wally World..I think I hurt his feelings.

Drove it 300 miles round trip to MCAS Yuma Airshow, and saw cool planes and great flying. Ran like a top.

I am a huge Warthog fan, but USAF cancelled all public support due to sequestration, including the T-Birds so no Hawg's for me this year. Met 'Rifle' Shetterly from West Demo Sqdn at the Yuma show a few years ago before he processed out and became a civilian airshow pilot - great stick for a truly great plane, his Hawg routine was awesome.

Yeah. That's not all they cut and most of it more important than airshows..

Not real sure how sequestration caused all these cuts in the Air Force alone. Seems they add up to way more than the 85 billion that wasn't funded to the entire federal government.....

But I digress. They don't let me make these decisions..

What I did today

Newbie here. Just bought my Jeep last week. Today I replaced my LF door latch/actuator assembly, LF door check link, all 6 lift supports (hood, gate and glass), liftgate lock actuator, both headlamp assemblies, and began repairing my LF seat bottom frame (what a piss poor design that is!)

Changed radiator and water pump. I've needed to do it for a while. I am glad to have it done.
