Failed pin stripe job. Wanted to break up the line between my bed lined lower half and the original glossy painted upper half with a red stripe. But when I pulled the tape off most of the paint came with it. I hit send too soon so now I can't post pics. But I will next post.

Going to go over the missed spots with a little artist brush and paint to clean it up.

She's back in the shop today for an alignment, brake check and 1.25" hubcentric spacers- Suspension almost finished- plan on doing control arm bushings and all ball joints at 100k. Also, at the advice of others within this forum, replacing external fuel filter.

Dropped it off at the shop this morning for new ball joints, tie rod ends, yokes for CV front DS, and rear axle seal. Waiting on hood and hatch struts from rock auto. It's going to be a good week for the dub! Played around in the mud some this weekend. 2wd is fun...till you're stuck!

The OEM's are POS. A pair of pliers or channel-locks should help removing the old cap. You can pick up a one piece replacement Stant cap at your local Auto parts store.

I broke my oe oil cap with in 1 week of purchase lol. I think I got a Gates brand off amazon and it's great.

OT huge piece of ice fell off a tree after I picked up my boss for work (he has a neon) and cracked my windshield. That's $175 plus retinting the brow and my boss doesn't even care. **** him, he's walking next time. The Outsorce Group says we have to be here when MoDot issues a no-travel advisory. Thanks a lot!

I put in RC 3/4" metal spacers/pucks up front and OME 10mm rear spacer on my OME HD 3" springs. Sits a bit more level now.

I degreased the engine and drivetrain in order to find an oil leak...think it might be the oil sending unit/sensor (i think thats what its called), or possibly the timing cover gasket/front crank seal.
Also used mother's back to black on the trim, and gave her a bath.

Yesterday i seafoamed her and then flushed and bled the brake system with fresh fluid.

Also painted the calipers silver, i got over the red.

I forgot to say i also changed out all the amber bulbs in my headlights, the old ones were flaking away and appearing more off white-yellowish when turned on.

Armor-all'd my leather and wiped down all my plastics today. While I was at it I cleaned out the back seat area a bit and hosed off my floor mats. Its nice to have a clean jeep inside and out from time to time.

Parts assembly is begining..

Found a set of axles, HP44/60 with 4.56's and open diffs to swap in when I do my longarms. Going to pick them up this weekend. Gonna start cleaning them up and get them ready for some brakets. I think I'm going to use these brackets from Clayton (going to end up using their long arms also):

http://claytonoffroad.com/product_in...50ae441e503615

http://www.claytonoffroad.com/produc...roducts_id/338

Only problem is I see they don't offer a 3" (the 44 that I'm getting I'm 95% sure is 3" tubes) version of the front kit, going to have to do some more searching maybe. I know I can just grind out the 2.5" ones they offer, which may be the way I go.

Anyone use these brackets before?
