Ordered all new bushings. Been fighting a "clunk" in the front and rear since I installed my new lift. Gonna start with new bushings. Hopefully the KOR shock bushings help.

Replaced my TPS and rear bank O2 sensor, cleaned the TB and AIC. By golly it seems to be running right. No more 2k warmup idle, Trans is working better, no more torque converter weirdness. Now I think I'll install my JY receiver/bumper!

Finally installed my 4" lift after buying the first parts way back in September, after I was just about to buy the last of my parts with my tax refund I was in wreck in my precious WJ which meant a bent axle, smashed fender and smashed in lower control arm mount. Found a D30 with Vari-Lok from a junkyard and swapped it in and so I figured now is the time to start converting to 4x4.
Luckily the frame alignment shop it went to did an amazing job on the door straightening and control arm mount. Even bled the brakes and aligned it.

Anyway, during the install everything was flowing along well with the front and it was done in about 2 hours, and the rear was a bit easier but then we had to put the bushings in the shock and could not get them in! Took them to Goodyear out of frustration and they wasted 40 minutes and only got a bushing stuck in it and then I took it to Just Brakes and the guy put some silicon lube and pushed them in on the spot.

Very frustrating indeed, but everything besides that is fine and the ride is much smoother than I was expecting with 4" of lift and short arms. Shocks are the Rough Country 2.2 and they seem to ride pretty nice. Defintiely getting stares from the JK/TJ crowd around here now

What size tires and wheels are you running? Any spacers? Nice WJ!

31x10.5x15 ProComp Mud terrains on 15x8 Soft 8's with 4" backspacing, and its just coils for the suspension.
