Driving on fine sand and moving dunes is not easy at all, you should try it

Honestly I was surprised by its performance, it was much better than many other modified Jeep models, as I was the only one on WJ, most of them were JK's, and few XJ's.

The better performance due the light weight of my WJ, it is 1.5 tons only while the others were 2.1 tons and above, and my engine was 4.7 L, while all the others were 3.8-4.0 Engines, and for sure the most important thing is the driver's skills

They are KMC XD Spy's. 17x8, +18 offset (5.2 backspace if I remember right) they seem to be prefect thus far. Tires are Hankook Dynapro ATM 255/70r17. Yes they rub....the usual reverse thing. Not bad though. Just enough to tear out the little plastic rivets on the bumper edge, and the liner a bit. All I know is that my Bilsteins better show up tomorrow!

Well it could have only been one side on the 4.7. Never heard of the 4.7 having week skirts tho.

Both my 4.0 had pistons skirts break off

Not today but Saturday pulled the motor in my jeep for a rebuild do to spun rod bearing. When taking apart found 2 broken manifold bolts and the vacuum hose that goes head to head was cracked. Don't have pictures of the pulling or taking apart but will try getting some of the rebuild.

Motor specs are new lash adj, valve job, surfaced, new timing chain and gides, 30 over pistons, 20 over rod bearing, 10 over main bearing new head and manifold bolts new thermostat and housing. and having timing cover cleaned at shop so it will be shinny

I cant decide on what color to paint block and valve cover thinking gloss black. What color do you all think keeping heads and timing cover aluminum

I'd go with a lime green or dark blue if/when I do mine.
