Just wondering for that reason, some of there LEDs looked like they had some resistors.

Vleds has new switchback LEDs that are truly plug n play. Called Triton v3. Very cool. Have resistors in the bulb. (but they are $$$)

I'd like to see a side by side of a regular bulb and there's, longevity of the V3 would be nice too.

Saturday (1/5) I decided I wanted to fix my loose door panels (both driver and passenger front doors) as they have been driving me crazy. I had replaced the window regulator and motor a while back in the drivers side. Even using a door trim panel removal tool I still managed to break a few retaining clips. Last week I went to my local Chrysler/Jeep stealership, went into the parts dept. I brought one of the retaining clips with me so they could match it up if need be. The old codger that works the parts counter looked and stared at like it was a rare museum artifact. Told me that he'd have to get the guy from the body shop to look at it. I'm thinking in my head WTF LOL! Bodyshop guy said they stock the retainers in the body shop parts dept and he'd go look in the computer. Comes back with a price of 5.47 per retainer! I said F that noise and I decided to look online. I could deal with the door panels for another week. I ordered new clips from Clipsandfasteners.com cost me 9.99 + shipping for a bag of 50. More than enough to do all the doors if need be.

Clips came in mail on Wednesday 1/9 I wanted to dive into it that night when I got home but I don't have a garage and would be doing it in the driveway in the dark. Knowing from experience never work on s&*t in the dark! So Saturday 1/12 I grabbed a couple beers from the fridge, knocked out my door panels in about 40mins. Nice and solid no rattles and I was also able to better secure the door liners ( water sheilds ) as they were kinda jacked up as well. Other than that it went pretty good. But this weekend did remind me of how much I hate dealerships and I dred having to buy my parts from them.

Ouch. Are you stock or lifted? I'm lifted on 30 inch tires, drive stupidly fast and aggressive and can still manage 18 mpg by my hand calculation. Sounds like you may need a tune up!

yeah, you need a tune up! I drove 900 miles this weekend through the Rockies and got over 17 mpg.. even going over the continental divide!! and I'm lifted 6.5" on 35's with stock gearing. and to top all that off, I had 2 axles and a new long arms in the back of the dub.

There is hope! But I'm going to miss getting 24mpg on my stock tires. I've got just under 3" of lift. Also, how fast is every one driving on the highway? I do 65 usually but if I do 75-80 ill get 18 at best

I averaged 17.5 mpg's for all 900 miles and I drove between 65-70 the whole way.
