Did you see the 2nd pic? It turns amber and flashes when I use the signal. Switchbacks type 2 can't wait to get pulled over and show the cop

They are just gen 3 projectors, with the halos spliced into the corner bulb and 5k middle bulb (does not flash) and the 3157 switchback turn signal. They are the smoked headlights that I opened and plastidipped the inside black.

Just saw it, cops are gonna still give you a ticket. I know in Va you have to have amber marker lights and amber turn signals. If you don't have them they give you a defective equipment ticket...all together about $120

That's why I have a little amber corner light
As long as your turn signals flash amber your good to go.

Am I going to get pulled over? Probably

Is it illegal? No

Brown Santa came today with my new replacement speakers.

image-2256028795.jpg

Old ones buzz like hell and also need to find out why the rear passenger speaker doesn't work at all with the new speaker in.

Nice speakers do they just replace factory? Or are there better than stock speaker that fit right in without changing anything to the factory setup?

04 Overland on 33's, Lift & tires= 8" over stock.

Thanks but the owner before me had put in pioneer speakers in and by the looks wiring wasn't his strong suit so had to fix that. But they were a direct fit, took out the old ones and screwed and plugged in the new ones. Got them from JC Witney for a good price (new year sale). Sound good too but anything beats speaker buzz.

Agreed but for $10 bucks a speaker, said why not. Would have rather gotten a set of Sony or infinity 4ways but when these go I'll spend it

Installed a Motorola docking station for my new DROID RAZR HD. With the CarHome Ultra app it puts everything at my fingertips, can be a dashcam, etc - and the night display color almost matches the stock gage electroluminescent color exactly - I really like this install, very clean. I will be adding a couple velcro cable ties to secure the power and audio cables but it is so much better than the lighter socket mounted Scosche mount.

I am running a tape input for the DROID, and tucked the cable between a couple buttons and then under the bezel so it is hidden.

I put on some 245/70/17 Cooper Discoverer AT3s that I picked up on Craigslist. Got them dirt cheap and couldn't pass it up. The lift is still holding my suspension up some in the pic. Just wanted to see what it would look like with a 4" lift compared to my 2" BB. Don't mind my WJ being filthy. I'll be giving it a bath this weekend since it's supposed to be in the 50s.
