Thanks for the tips on doing the lights,i havent opened up box yet what kind of lights are they? driving, fog,or offroad. My biggest problem is time to do everything,i work nights and most my friends work days and only get one 3 day weekend a month and just had it but the big snow storm we got screwed everything up last weekend. My next 3 day weekend is 1st of March so prob. do all of it then, although will get bumper painted next week

since im not sure use a test light grounded on the battery, turn the parking lights on and poke to two wires to see which is the hot side.

inside has 3 cables green, black, & black/purple
middle has 2 cables black & black/purple
outside has 2 cables green & black/purple

am assuming
black is ground
black/purple is the positive power
green is the blinker cable

I got high-centered on a snowbank outside the junk yard, mildly upsetting but I went in at a bad angle and didnt give it enough skinny pedal. I then found the most awesome things in there. First was a direct part# match for my bad BCM! YAY! Second was a (drumroll) full upcountry laredo V8 WJ with all suspension components intact and ALL THE SKID PLATES! YAY! I'm going back in a couple days to snag the skids, grabbing the suspension this spring, and the axles next year if they're still around!

exactly...black and black/purple and yes black is ground...but the middle light is the one since the other two are the flashers

Wj Question...

It's a qudra trac II. I thought it might be normal, but something I read made it sound like it would lock after so much spin. Can you put lockers on it or would I have to do some major work to do that? Thanks for all the info. I really appreciate it!

you cant put a lunch box locker in the front but you can in the rear. you can put a selectable wherever you like.

yea that what i thought but anything is possible.

was thinking of making the top led blink with the inside and bottom led blink with outside bulbs.

did you do both the halos and leds to same line?
was thinking that having all on one line will cause them to be dimer due to splitting the power

Changed my LONG overdue transfer case fluid and front and rear differential oil. TCase was black and the other two looked terrible! Meant to do a write up on it but forgot the camera at home...I guess next time!

Yup...I took some pics.

of my rear stock bumper all dinged up from the rocks....

Kolak 2.5" mandrel bent pipe/tubing wasn't a match against the rocks either...i gotta cut about 10" off...

My front fender almost got ripped of when i disconnected and trailed over those rocks...

What did I do to my WJ today... welllll haha. Swapped BCMs, thought all was good. Got everything put back together went to pop fuse in and "CLICK" the stupid relay was still clicking. Then I pulled the entire junction block out of the Jeep (rear connector = PITA) and pulled it apart and completely bypassed the internal junction block wiring for that specific relay (details in my thread on WJ battery dying). Then after doing all of that I put the BCM fuse in and "CLICK!" the sunroof delay relay clicked. Pulled that out and "CLICK" the park lamp relay clicked when I put the BCM fuse in. It was actually really annoying! I've determined that its supposed to click a relay or something when you initially put the fuse in because I've already replaced the BCM. New BCM fixed my cluster draw issue though and I pulled the parasitic PIE ipod adaptor so I think my Jeep is back to normal.
