Same block but many many things changed over the years, the 95 had a more aggressive factory cam and better 5 hole injectors. 96-99 they turned the cam down and went with 4 hole injectors, these are vary popular swaps for the 1g SOHC engines. I have thousands of neon parts in my garage but only one set of 95 injectors and cam and they are on my 95.

Changed out PCV as a quick getaway from the holiday chaos and also removed the center console to prepare for the shifter swap to complete my 247-242 transition.

walmart - basic sylvania's for < $9 each

I bet in 12 years of owning my jeep i've used the stock fog lights less than 6 total hours because they were totally useless imo ... so I'd use them sometimes at dawn/dusk just as marker lights

I read some other posts on upgrading to the 9005's and so i finally did it and it really is night/day ... totally worth it, and they fit stock without any modifications. Throws the light out front but also wide, which out here in the desert is nice to be able to see an additional 30-40* either side into the ditches. When you put the bulbs in, re-aim the fog lights so they are just under your low beams - the other thread suggested the need to do this because the focal point for the brighter lights is in a slightly different place so they'll be too low if you don't readjust them (easy with a torx bit)
